1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph974 ("ph974," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph974 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at ph974.net (the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) ph974 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your ph974 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph974 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph974 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your ph974 Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ph974 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ph974 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your ph974 account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.

Without limiting the foregoing, ph974 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ph974's reasonable control.

ph974's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph974 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph974's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
